Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, you must have a valid reason and subject to Company’s decision.

In the event that refund is granted, there is a deduction of RM 100 from the purchase amount for administration fee.
